Would you like to help the school council improve our playground and outdoor areas?
We need to make play times more active and fun. Do you have ideas for how to improve the playground spaces we have at St Teresa’s? I will need by sending me your ideas. Draw me a map or picture or plan of how you think the playground should look. You can add equipment you think would help us to keep fit whilst being safe and having fun. We will then use your drawings when we arrange for builders to help us improve it all. I can’t wait to see your ideas!
Don’t be Late!
The registers close at 8:55am, please make sure your child arrives before this and at the time below. Being late means your child misses our new ‘walking in to learning’ activities. We don’t want them to miss this vital time to work on basic skills. Times below:
| Year 1 | 8.50am | 3.15pm |
| Year 2 | 8.40am | 3.25pm |
| Year 3 | 8.50am | 3.25pm |
| Year 4 | 8.40am | 3.15pm |
| Year 5 | 8.50am | 3.25pm |
| Year 6 | 8.40am | 3.15pm |
It is wonderful to see everyone in school every day, safely reunited with friends (social distanced of course!) and ready to learn. PLEASE keep coming to school every day, our attendance has dipped to 90% now but we want it back to 96% so everyone makes great progress! Our Reception pupils are enjoying their transition days and each group bubble has allocated days and times. Please click here for more information about these.
We can’t wait to see your Manifestos and campaigns to be the elected councillors for your class. You will be able to work on this project at home too, so start researching manifestos and how to win votes ready for our voting day!
Don’t forget to follow us on Twitter, all improvements we make are on there and lots of exciting learning that is taking place will be updated regularly too! https://twitter.com/StTeresasWV4
