We are so proud of some of our amazing Year 3 children, who went to St Austin’s Church in Stafford today. They sang their hearts out, learning two new songs, joining with other schools from the St Gabriel the Archangel Catholic Multi-academy Trust. We also joined in Mass together. What shining stars we have at St Teresa’s!
Throughout September we celebrated the season of Creation. We have pledged to ‘Live Simply’ as stewards of God’s creation and Mrs McHale was so proud to hear how children spoke up to ask our local MP how our city can be greener.
Today, we joined together in prayer and to think about the pledges we are going to make as part of this special Jubilee Year, which Pope Francis launched at the beginning of 2025. We remember our three important actions: fundraising, social action and prayer.
A huge congratulations to the children who received the Sacrament of Confirmation yesterday in Church. The children looked wonderful and took part in a beautiful service led by Bishop Timothy. #confirmation #GiftsOfTheHolySpirit
Thank you to our May Queen and attendants, who along with other children, led us in our May Procession today. We crowed Mary and children bought flowers, which will be planted outside in our Mary prayer garden. #hailmary #may# wepraytogether #rosary
WOW! What an amazing day St Teresa’s had celebrating together for World Culture Day. The children and staff looked amazing. We joined in lots of activities throughout the day, including food tasting, a ‘around the world’ music concert and family members joined classes to talk about their cultures.
Please join our staff and governors as we pray for Pope Francis. May he rest in peace and live in eternal glory with God the Father.
