Year 5 are very lucky to be apart of the Junior PCSO training programme. The aim of the programme is to work with local schools to empower young people to tackle community related issues including road safety, bullying, online safety and anti-social behaviour.

The students will be partipating in six sessions this term. In the first session, they looked at the role of the PCSO and the powers they have to enforce laws. The class also learnt the phonetic alphabet, and why using it is an important part of communicating essential information accurately. We can’t wait until our next session about road safety!!
