Every year, parents are very generous with sending in gifts for staff and we are
always very appreciative of these acts of kindness. This year, however, we are well aware
that there are many people in our city that will struggle this Christmas. Instead of buying a
gift for the class teacher, we asked parents to donate a tin of food, a bar of chocolate
or a non-perishable item that we could donate to the Little Brothers of the Good Shepherd.
We were overwhelmed by the generosity of our pupils and families, who donated a large amount of food for vulnerable people within our city.
This week the Head Boy/ Girl and Deputies gathered up all the donations and gave them to Brother Charles of the Little Brothers of the Good Shepherd.
Well done St Teresa’s we are very proud!
